Atelier Vert

Atelier Vert specializes in the design and maintenance of private gardens and estates in the greater Seattle area. The rebrand grew out of a joyful discovery process between founder Heather Lakhal and the team at DEI Creative. Weaving together their origin story and evolution with their (glowing!) client impressions, culminated in a brand that’s tailored to the unique experience they offer. I crafted the Atelier Vert brand to embody their ethos of nurturing and attention to detail. A custom, hand-drawn illustration for the primary logo mirrors their method of using manually-operated shears, while the secondary icon communicates the hand-tended message in a simplified way that works well for small spaces.
